Beef –based broth cooked delicately with essence of lemongrass, dried chili and variety of different spices simmered to perfection. Served with thick rice vermicelli garnished with scallion, onion, and laksa leaves along with tender beef shank, poached pork, and cubes of congealed pork blood.
